My Car Value Check is built and maintained by a small independent team at QuickCalcs. We do not have a phone line, a chat widget, or a support ticketing system — just a real email address that we check daily.

What to Include in Your Message
To help us respond faster and more accurately, please include the following details when applicable:
- Bug reports: Browser and version, device type, and a description of what you were trying to do when the issue occurred. Screenshots help.
- Missing vehicle make or model: Year, make, model, and trim. We add new entries to our depreciation database in monthly batches.
- Inaccurate estimates: The vehicle details you entered, the value our calculator returned, and the figure you believe is more accurate (with the source if possible).
- Article corrections: The page URL, the specific claim you believe is incorrect, and a source for the correction.
- Press inquiries: Your publication, your deadline, and what kind of comment or data you're looking for. We're happy to share methodology with journalists.
- Partnership offers: Brief description, target audience, and what you have in mind. We respond to most legitimate partnership inquiries within a week.
What We Don't Do
To set expectations clearly, here are things we cannot help with:
- Personalized vehicle valuations. We don't have access to live market data for individual VINs. Use Kelley Blue Book or Edmunds for that.
- Buying or selling advice for specific deals. We can't tell you whether the deal in your inbox is a good one — we don't see the vehicle, the contract, or the local market.
- Insurance settlement disputes. Our calculator is not designed for, and not accepted as, evidence in insurance disputes. Engage a licensed appraiser.
- Free SEO/backlink/guest-post requests. We don't accept guest posts, link exchanges, or paid placements in our editorial content.
Response Time
We typically reply within 1-2 business days. Bug reports affecting calculator functionality get priority and are usually addressed within 24 hours. New-model requests are queued for the next monthly database update.
